Appointment/Cancellation Policy
New patients are always welcomed. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least a 24 hour notice. This courtesy on your part will allow us to give your appointment to another patient.

Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for registration. Remember to bring your registration forms if you are a new patient.
If you wear glasses, please bring them to your appointment. If you wear contacts, please bring your boxes or current Rx to your appointment.
Financial Arrangements: It is important to bring your current insurance cards. Co-payments and fees for non-covered services (such as refractions and routine vision exams) are collected at the time of service. Our office accepts checks, cash and credit card payments.
